Surveys can be of many forms varying from the ad-hoc nature of a simple Safety Tour to a complex Quality Assessment of any nature.
Simple Approach
- Use section headings and random non-specific questions.

- Make notes, take photos, record comments and videos on any subject
- Store permanently on the web site
- Create Action Plan records for automated follow up
Complex Approach
- Use detailed questionnaires with pre-set score ranges and responses
- Record results as decimal values with max/min tolerances
- Use pre-set answers (eg. Good/Bad/Ugly) and perform detailed statistical analysis
- Use single choice and multi-choice answers
- Run questionnaires at pre-set intervals by hour, day, week, etc.
In all cases the results of each survey are stored on the web site and become available for reporting and analysis.
