This module enables customers to develop risk assessments and accordingly formulate corporate risk management policy. The system includes probability and severity matrix scoring. When responding to questions users can add observations and recommendations as well as standard responses.  The system converts generic task based assessments into site and time specific workplace assessments. Although very easy to use the system is also compehensive for instance responses allow for risk scoring against optimal targets.

Risk assessment is an ideal PDA and Web application that allows users to take pictures, add notes and submit suggestions through Action Plans that are then permanently stored on the web site for all allowed colleagues to see and work to.  The availability of enterprise-wide risk information that's linked into the corporate email provides a strong tool to get things done. The Action Planning is combined with automated reporting and a traffic light systems to provides the impetus to build an improved enterprise internal control system that's available to all levels of management. All Action Planning recommendations are tightly monitored until they are dealt with, and yet dealing with them in the system is an easy click onto an email link followed by an update of the record involved.

When risk assessments are carried out at the workplace, the process is adaptable enough to allow scores to change when for instances conditions change - the weather, night shifts - or when the job changes to a new location.  The generic assessment that has been prepared earlier by a safety expert is adapted to become time and location specific.  The PDA allows non-expert users such as a foreman or project manager to carry out the assessment whenever they need to.
